🏔️ Sport Climbing Coaching & Training
"My strength lies in helping climbers translate their potential into fluent movement on the wall."
Climbing is more than strength—it's rhythm, strategy, and mental clarity. My coaching brings these elements together in a way that’s grounded, personal, and deeply effective.
Whether you’re just entering the world of sport climbing or preparing for high-level competition, this coaching approach is tailored to elevate your climbing experience. It's about refining the way you move, think, and approach the wall—step by step, hold by hold.
How we train:
- Individual & Group Climbing Coaching: Personalized sessions crafted for recreational climbers and competitive athletes alike. Together, we identify your goals, strengths, and challenges—and build a plan that fits your climbing journey.
- Thematic Climbing Workshops: Multi-session or single-focus climbing intensives designed to explore technique, mindset, strength, and strategy. These are ideal for athletes looking to focus deeply on specific aspects of performance climbing.
- Core Focus Areas:
- Climbing movement quality and body awareness
- Body tension, positioning, and balance on the wall
- Tactical climbing strategies and route-reading
- Video-based performance diagnostics and movement feedback
Every climber brings something unique to the wall. My goal is to help you recognize it, develop it, and trust it—so your movement becomes not just effective, but expressive. Whether you're a youth athlete, a focused amateur, or a national-level competitor, this is a space to evolve as both a climber and a thinker.

Herkulis athletes regularly achieve top placements in youth climbing competitions across Switzerland—excelling in lead climbing, bouldering, and speed. Many team members have been climbing since they could walk, growing up on the wall with a natural connection to movement and adventure.
