“I’ve climbed my whole life — now I help others reach their summit.”

Alexandra Eyer is a former professional climber, eleven-time Swiss National Champion, and long-time member of the Swiss National Sport Climbing Team. With a competition career that spanned over 15 years at the highest international level, she combines world-class experience with deep knowledge of athletic development and mental training.

Between 1996 and 2012, Alexandra was a fixture on the international climbing scene, achieving:

• 36 first-place finishes in national competitions
• 14 second-place finishes and 9 third-place finishes
• 63 top-5 placements and 68 top-10 finishes across World Cups and national circuits
• 5 World Cup podiums and 35 top-10 World Cup placements
• Ranked 3rd overall in the IFSC Lead World Cup in 2004

Although she no longer competes professionally, Alexandra continues to climb at an elite level outdoors, with ascents across the 8a–8c grade range and a personal project currently set at 9a. Her technical fluency, strength, and mindset remain a source of inspiration for the athletes she coaches.

After retiring from elite competition, Alexandra turned her focus toward coaching and education. Her background includes:

• Certified climbing instructor (SBV, Switzerland)
• Coach in competitive sports with a federal diploma
• Psychomotor therapist (EDK)
• Specialized training in mental coaching and ADHD youth support

Since 2019, she leads the Herkulis Sports Climbing Performance Group, where she mentors young athletes to become confident, skilled climbers—and more importantly, passionate, self-aware individuals.

Her work is rooted in her belief that climbing is a journey of body and mind, and her mission is to pass on the tools, trust, and joy needed to thrive on and off the wall.
